MEA just recently completed a building infrastructure upgrade project for Project Home. MEA design the replacement of the package rooftop units, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, heating boilers, domestic water heaters, and lighting throughout. The new hot water VAV boxes were designed at a lower entering water temperature to lower the return water temperature for the boilers so that we can realize the true efficiency of the sealed combustion boilers. Additionally MEA designed the main rooftop units to accept MERV-13 filters.
