We are honored to win the #ASHRAE region III Technology Award. Our project , Meriden Commons in Meriden, CT, consisted of two phases to build 150 high-quality apartment homes for area residents. The building was designed to Enterprise Green Communities and Energy Star standards for energy efficiency and includes rooftop PV panels.
It was great collaboration with WRT, LLC, Innova Services Corporation, Pennrose, Haynes Construction Company, AECOM, MacIntosh Engineering and all others involved.
