Village at Park River in Hartford, CT

PROJECT UPDATE: Exciting news to share! One of our projects, Village at Park River, in Hartford, CT is #phius 2015 certified. Phases 2 of 7 are complete. We are proud to be a part of a great project in redeveloping former public housing. In addition to the residential component, there will be approximately 80,000 square feet of new office and retail space, bike paths, community gardens and playgrounds, a community building with fitness center and a meeting space, and a central park.
