Project Complete! Last month, the revitalized community of Wilbourn Estates, formally known as Newtowne 20, were able to welcome back residents after starting demolition in September 2020. The beautiful 78 units also have an upgraded communal area, consisting of a basketball court, a playground, and a clubhouse.
