Phase I complete and occupied for the Yates Village project in Schenectady, NY! They are moving right into Phase II. Phase I resulted in the demolition of two of the eight apartment blocks in the original 1948 Yates Village.  Along with the new homes, the site has a new community center. We are looking forward to complete another successful project!
