Construction starting for a new project, the Frankford House, consisting of 46 new affordable apartment units for seniors in Philadelphia, PA. It will also include a community center and wellness space. This much needed community project will be complete summer 2023. Our engineering will be designed for Energy Star and Zero Energy Ready.
