Project Complete! The Riverfront in Torrington, CT hosted its grand opening this month. It’s a 60-unit, mixed-income development, at the site of a former Torrington Manufacturing Company. Amenities include a rooftop deck, resident lounge, fitness center, outdoor seating, a playground, and more.
