Project Complete! The fourth and final phase of Kinder Park in Woodlyn, PA is complete. This phase constructed a 6-story retirement building with congregate dining facilities, a community room & fitness facility, and covered walkways to the existing senior buildings. Phases 1-3 consisted of townhomes, playgrounds, community park and gardens, and more.
We are proud to be apart of a special project that created jobs, affordable housing, and an energy efficient community. Thank you to our partners at Pennrose and WRT for another successful project.
