Yesterday, Eric Buckmann with CaptiveAire stopped by with a delicious lunch and a presentation about commercial kitchen ventilation. We had a great conversation about these designs with approaches for more efficient kitchen exhaust/makeup air systems that provide increased indoor air quality and occupant comfort for the kitchen staff.
