We recently visited the newly renovated, 4849 Parkside Ave N in Philadelphia, PA. This 3-story building was built back in 1927 and provided housing for retired actors. Check out our before and after pictures!

Our work included a new HVAC system, new lighting fixtures, new electric service, and new plumbing fixtures for resident rooms, communal restrooms, kitchen, dining room, lounge, and corridors. The home will now be used for homeless seniors with disabilities.
